I really love this app! All the mini games (if you call them that) are really calming for me when I am stressed! I highly recommend this game to people who are stressed or just to get rid of boredom! If I had the money, I would get the quiet pack! But it is really good that the developer made it so you have to watch an ad to unlock them for 10 minutes! If you can can you please add a cleaning/ organising mini game? When you play it, you clean up a room by organising things into certain boxes! And if you want to, you could make a vacuuming mini game where you vacuum a room! But it’s ok if you don’t! Also I like how there is no ads when you play Antistress! Best app ever
I was spending a lot time on social media (particularly Instagram) but then I realised that I was only the double tapping and swiping not actually sharing anything and or being connected to people. I’m trying to spend less time on social media. It’s great and very therapeutic for stimming and repetitive actions which I adore. The quiet pack is the best $1.50 I have ever spent. It’s great because it’s an app and I don’t look weird as opposed to actually having a fidget cube, people might think I’m playing an intense game of candy crush or texting someone. I have only had it for a day but I love it.
amazing game - a suggestion
This game is so so incredible, it has helped me calm down from multiple panick attacks.
I have a suggestion for the game that is small but would be quite cute. The camera option in the app is great, but it would be amazing if there was a photo album in the app so you could look through your memories without having to save them to your camera roll.
Thank you so much for creating this app, you've helped so many people with anxiety.
