Before Aparaba, my pre-conception plan revolved around what I would eat or drink, what supplements I would take, the exercise I should do and my ovulation day, but no one had prepared me spiritually and emotionally for the journey ahead. I first saw Esther around 6 years ago for a treatment when I was attracted to a flyer for Mayan abdominal massage. I was interested in the benefits as I had recently embarked on a health journey.
I quickly learned that I really loved her calming supportive nature. And so a beautiful connection was formed!
