Non tailored surveys

I think the app has an overall promising premise.
My only problem with the app so far, is the fact that you are "offered" surveys and when you go to take them after a few questions, you're told that you can't complete it because you're not the kind of person they're wanting feedback from, which is fine and understandable. I just think it can be a waste of time and if it happens consecutively with multiple surveys, it makes you disheartened and tarnishes the experience.
I think that the experience could be improved by introducing consolation points, not many maybe 100 or less, for the surveys you're told you are unable to complete. I think that would improve the overall user experience and lessen the chances of users uninstalling the app from frustration.

Sorry it’s not you it’s us?!

I have given a rating of 4 out of 5 due to the often problem of completing a survey successfully only to submit at the end to be told “Sorry it’s not you it’s us”. Clearly by other reviews I am not the only person who encounters this extremely annoying experience & after reporting it to be fobbed off is not good enough. Total shame as there are some really great & interesting surveys that come through!

Good idea but very buggy

I like the idea of this and often do surveys in my downtime. There are significant performance issues though. The majority of surveys I start end up kicking me out or failing after I have invested several minutes already. When the whole concept is to reward you for your time, it can be exceedingly frustrated to have your time wasted.
I filled out all of the personal details which I did in the hopes that this would screen the surveys I am offered and yet every survery starts by asking about my personal circumstances. Again, this is a frustrating waste of my time.

Overall, I enjoy the surveys when the work and like the idea of doing short surveys for a reward. I just wish it worked more than 20% of the time.
