Half the time it’s good

I’ve done about 5 surveys 2 of them I got points for and 3 there was a error right at the end when I should of completed the survey, I will continue to use this app as I enjoy it and hope to earn more money but disappointed that sometimes my time is wasted

If I could give no stars I would

I downloaded this app. I completely my first survey and at the end of the survey when I hit submit, “it’s not you it’s us” error message. I received no points. I then attempted to complete another two surveys. Both error messaging and exiting me out of the survey. This was in the space of 15 minutes of downloading the app for the first time. I hit that big delete button and I will never download again. Awful app. How can you have so many bad reviews about your application yet not do anything about it to resolve the issue? I thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt and try it out, yeah well I should have listened to the reviews. Spray some mortein get rid of the bugs!

If you are not displayed the correct notification after your participation is completed (successfully or not), it's most likely the result of a routing error. Poor app performance

I have tried numerous times to complete surveys but there are so many bugs with it that prevent me from finishing any survey. It’s a bit frustrating when you have spend 10 mins at a time for it to crash or the ‘next’ button won’t respond even though you have selected an answer.

I’ve wasted about 1 hour in total of my time so far and not received any points as a result of the poor performance of the app. Total waste of time.

If you don't, you are screened out and the survey stops.
