Smart Stack widget feature wanting
-> shortcut to opening app and searching for what you want to see

please can you update widgets such as
-> weather
—> shows animations ( same as weather app shows), such as rain, rain/thunderstorms, sun, sun/clouds, clouds, others

-> stocks
—> please add 5 instead of 3 viewer option , so can see more , cause 3 is too small, 6 is too big

-> clock
—> please add option to change clock time shows to digital time ( same way shows inside with different times following
, cause would be good having this version also

so that you can move it up or down and shows you different weathers following and stocks following

cause this would help soo much if single widgets have same feature as Smart Stack widget slider option for faster viewing of more stocks , weathers , others

—> issue with time showing on Lock Screen and Home Screen is different for me anywhere from 1 - 2mins+
—-> everything tried doesn’t fix issue and sync them back to be same for both places

Pleasantly surprised

I was able to arrange repair for my iPhone. I have found a problem a few weeks ago where after charging the phone overnight I would wake to find it hadn’t charged. I checked multiple cables. Eventually I realised that the dock connector on my iPhone is loose and the lightning cable isn’t tight enough. Probably caused by connecting / disconnecting when driving over the last 12 months.

I contacted Apple today. They advised it is out of warranty however, under Australian Consumer Law, covered for free repair or replacement.

Had to chat / talk to 3 different Apple reps to get it arranged

My new iPhone 12 will arrive early next week so then I will send off the iPhone 11 for repair (I have an Apple parcel consignment thing) so it’s free

I’m pleased I have the iPhone repair organised, I was worried about it - been keeping me awake last few nights

Given all the stores are closed now I was concerned how to deal with them the best way. After reading a fair bit online I decided to use their Apple Support app on the iPad. And I’m glad I did

The app used a triage process like in store from first enquiry, to specialist & then rang me to confirm how to send to them. Amazingly, just phone & con note to Post Office. The Post Office will package it up and send all at Apple’s cost

NO SUPPORT!

In the preview video, it shows that Chat Support is available within this App. No, no it’s not (not for everyone)! My error/issue is not listed anywhere on the App or the Apple/iTunes website! I found a very important error within Apple ID and billing addresses. I’ve contacted Apple so many times now about this issue (and similar billing issues in the past) and contacted Apple on many different platforms about my issue and no help! I am unable to call Apple about my issue either and I cannot continue anything until the internal error I found in Apple ID has been corrected. Again, my issue is not in any one of the help support options or FAQs. I have tried different multiple searches about my issue and no help has surfaced. Apple Support has not been supportive as of late and customer service has gone down hill since 2016. Disappointing.
