They dont know how to answer questions

These guys avoid your enquiry and want you to understand they have more power than you! Unpleased by just one experience, asked why my iPhone 11 was slow when I turned it off and they keep saying that I dont know how to turn it off properly that I am meant to hold the power and volume, but again I said I turn it off by pressing the power button once and its delayed by 2 seconds. Then the lady kept ignoring my enquiry and began being such a complete cow! Kayla, you better lose your job after this

I’m only giving this rating because of what is written below

Over 15 or more years I have told you at apple and Telstra Australian and even other internet providers that the network selection where it shows the blue tick ✅ on the network names is always being turned off and never ever has this entire problem been fixed and the known security with fraudulent network names taking over peoples real registered network provider and I have even reported this to internet providers I have even had to get multiple new phone numbers because of this security issues and I’m seriously considering even taking my phone services to Elon musk newest phone because this entire network issues hasn’t ever been fixed and I have reported this same problem so many times I have lost track and never ever has anything been done to fix this and your entire SIM card is totally disconnected because the blue tick isn’t clicked on I’m sick of even my paid for subscription being blocked off like security and even vpn services and all I get is the run around by support members from Apple and even internet service providers and all blaming one another I have honestly had this and the same exact problem with fully verified email addresses because told by iCloud that your email address isn’t the correct email address when it is the totally correct registered email address and I have reported this to apple over the years and not one thing has ever been done to fix this problem

NO SUPPORT!

In the preview video, it shows that Chat Support is available within this App. No, no it’s not (not for everyone)! My error/issue is not listed anywhere on the App or the Apple/iTunes website! I found a very important error within Apple ID and billing addresses. I’ve contacted Apple so many times now about this issue (and similar billing issues in the past) and contacted Apple on many different platforms about my issue and no help! I am unable to call Apple about my issue either and I cannot continue anything until the internal error I found in Apple ID has been corrected. Again, my issue is not in any one of the help support options or FAQs. I have tried different multiple searches about my issue and no help has surfaced. Apple Support has not been supportive as of late and customer service has gone down hill since 2016. Disappointing.
