What sort of fraudulent nonsense is this

Never ever in all the years I’ve been using apple has this ever happened before this newest iOS update started installing and then my entire internet connection was cut off and my iOS update is stuck in update request and I can’t even get out of it at all what sort of suspicious and fraudulent activities are going on with all of this I’ve never fully rebooted my iPhone and it will not work at all and I don’t even know what to do because I’ve never ever experienced anything like this in all my years of using Apple devices

Utterly disappointed

The Apple support people have always been wonderful . Unfortunately for years I blindly trusted Apple with everything . If I messed up I could always rely on support for support . Late Jan I lost my phone and I could not remember my Apple ID password .

I had always trusted that apple would be able to help me out in such a situation . We place so much blind faith in them . For the first time I did not have insurance and I had to find almost a $1000 for a basic new iPhone .

To my horror I had to create a new Apple ID . We pay the premium because our lives get bound to our iClouds. For the next month I try to take out Apple care . Meanwhile apple accepted 7 payments for subscriptions that are linked to my original Apple ID . They can’t reset my password but they can take my money even though they are aware that I can’t get access to my old Apple ID . My credit card can only be linked to one Apple ID . I can not use it on my current Apple ID . Which means that I can not pay for my Apple Care insurance until Apple is able to unlink my credit card from the Apple ID I can’t access because I forgot my password and I lost my phone .

NO SUPPORT!

In the preview video, it shows that Chat Support is available within this App. No, no it’s not (not for everyone)! My error/issue is not listed anywhere on the App or the Apple/iTunes website! I found a very important error within Apple ID and billing addresses. I’ve contacted Apple so many times now about this issue (and similar billing issues in the past) and contacted Apple on many different platforms about my issue and no help! I am unable to call Apple about my issue either and I cannot continue anything until the internal error I found in Apple ID has been corrected. Again, my issue is not in any one of the help support options or FAQs. I have tried different multiple searches about my issue and no help has surfaced. Apple Support has not been supportive as of late and customer service has gone down hill since 2016. Disappointing.
