Art of War: Legions 9+

Most important and needed change.
I believe this is fundamentally to the functionality of this game in its current stage.
There must be more useful break downs of each Troop.
For example, why should I ever choose the Magic Apprentice over the Ghost Assassin if the Assassins stats outranks the apprentice in almost every conceivable way. The description says the apprentice attacks ‘effectively’ but I have no idea what that means. Moreover, I still am unable to grasp the uniqueness of troops like the Scholar, I think either, every troop need more obvious traits and unique ability, or the description for each troop and how they act must be more informative. Before you release any new troops please tell us exactly what the old ones do.

Been playing this game for a fair while now and only managed to get my hero to level 13. I can’t see myself getting my hero to level 15 in the near future. As a result I’m handicapped by not being able to upgrade any troops to level 10. This can only happen after you have levelled up a hero to level 15. All my troops are level 9 and at this point it just becomes a boring grind. Unless of course you are willing to drop a lot of cash to level up your hero or spend another year grinding away.

I get it developers you want people spending money but seriously it’s hundreds of dollars if not thousands to level up a hero to level 15, or years of grinding. I enjoyed the game until I hit this wall and now I’m thinking about deleting it.

It would be great if you enabled people like me who can’t afford to spend that kind of money to level up some troops to level 10 to keep me interested, playing and still climbing up the ladder all be it very slowly. Even if it was just the common troops only?

The game is great I like watching the battle unfold but for most of the troops I have no idea what they do, you have a general description but that’s it, I would love to see how much the pilgrims heal you, how much the demons spell does and it’s cool down, the ghost assassins blade spell’s damage and cool down, and the necromancer Skelelton’s health and damage and cool down, I also have an issue with its degree of difficulty, I’m already at level 200 within a day and I’ve gained 10 hero boxes that are just sitting there, I feel like they take too long to open given how simple they are to get and how fast you can progress, there will come a stage where players will just have to simply wait out the days before they can beat levels again
