Artrooms: Superimpose Wall Art 4+

As an artist I find this app so useful, it gives buyers a better idea of how art looks in a room. I love that I can edit the shadow detail (I’d love to be able to change the shadow colour) and that I can rotate the art too. I’d love to be also able to add more than one piece of art to a room, that would be handy too. Overall excellent app that saves me all the fiddly work in photoshop.

To add more than one piece, press the 'Multiple' button on the 'Select Art' screen. Thanks for the great review.

I haven’t as yet benefited from it commercially. But it’s early days. Just compiling images that present exceptionally well on the samples provided. It’s really a great app. Well worth the investment. It’s really easy to use as well. Probably one of the most useful apps I have so far.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month now, because I don’t need it at the moment, but the app will not let me cancel. When I go into the “manage” subscription menu, the page fails to load.

I’ve tried to contact you via the contact link within the app and when I fill out the form, the “send” button does nothing.

Can you please pause/cancel my subscription asap?

I can’t afford this at the moment and it’s causing a lot of stress!

(I had hoped to re-subscribe in future when I have the cashflow to cover this, because it is a useful app, but you need to fix this bug that’s not allowing us to manage our subscription! If it’s not possible to leave when I need to, it’s not affordable at all and I’ll have to stop recommending it to people.)

We replied to your email via our website promptly with instructions to turn off auto renew through subscriptions in your iTunes account. As we mentioned in the email all subscriptions are processed through iTunes and to turn off you need to tap Subscriptions under the Settings app in your device and then switch the auto renew toggle from on to off. Unfortunately we’re not allowed or able to do this for you from our end.

Also we’re not sure why the send button didn’t work (if your device isn’t connected to Apple mail that may be a reason). We do test it regularly and it should work. You tap Contact Us and email form pops up and then Send.
