The asiana app is pretty well arranged. Super quick services and respond
Airlines Ok but App is one of the worst I’ve seen
The website and app is simply horrendous. Each time you do or not do something the way it wants, you are sent back to the beginning of the booking. No other airlines app is as poorly designed as this. This is among many other user design issues. Please take a look at other airlines.
Every year, we spend about one hour making a booking that should have taken just less than 10 minutes. Then for the next few hours you are fuming and asking why you even bother taking the airlines in the first place.
