This is a great platform! Easy to use and has really assisted our team in connecting with their customers! The insights come through in real time, which means our team can view and action insights straightaway! Great product!
Should be called ask for anxiety
Awful awful app that makes staff feel dreadful, people become vicious keyboard warrior and even people who try to give a positive rating get given a poor score as there seems to be many glitches in this app.
I have used sick leave because of the negativity of the feedback from people who don’t listen or comply to aircraft announcements and no back up from the company
