AUSPRINT 12+

This is advertised as a Aussie made biz, but once you buy it becomes clear that this is not the case. Communication is awful. Setup is extremely difficult & any contact with biz is met with a series of false promises and unmet deadlines.
I have managed to setup the device & it is printing, I’m scared to touch anything or complete updates, based on the feedback of others, that theirs no longer works. It’s a clunky system, and I can only ever print 1 label at a time. Doesn’t connect directly with Australia Post, I have to screenshot labels & send pics to printer individually. So it’s totally impractical when I have a lot of labels to print.
I also noticed that their new ad says you can change logos on your labels etc, but I cannot find anywhere for this to be done in the actual app…so this appears to be deceptive, unless there’s a different app ( which wouldn’t surprise me, since they didn’t give access to the required app at the time of purchase either, I glad to find it myself)
I wouldn’t recommend it. I would have preferred a refund, but they make it impossible for that to happen, so I’m dealing with it & trying to make it work for me, but I recommend just not buying to begin with.

It doesn't work when iPad is rotated horizontally (it was ok before updated) I don't understand why it can now only open .pdf files and no longer .jpg files. I found the app update to be very disappointing and cannot recommend it. It has become much more cumbersome and time-consuming to convert an image to a jpg format, and I also have to remove my iPad from the keyboard to use it in vertical orientation just to use an app that should make our lives as a small business easier, not the other way around. I hope to return with a positive review after a better app update.

If I could give this entire business and not just the app, less than one star, I would. My printer doesn’t even print now, the labels just feed through doing nothing. But cannot get a refund nor will PayPal process a claim. DO NOT BUY.
