This credit union cares for its customers and has with me for over 30 yrs and some cannot say enough about my local credit union within the military family both serving and post military service we continue to strive ahead .
Takes longer now
So when I login and I hit my passcode, it only registers three of the four buttons I am pressing so then I have to delete it and try again.
Now I have to do a whole bunch of different processes and search instead of just selecting right in front of me what I need so the update was not an update. It was a downgrade to an older inferior system. you try to make things better by making them more technical and that’s the opposite. You need to simplify.
Kiss, keep things, simple stupid
Changing the platform, so you’ve got a look scroll, and it’s just more complicated. Does the exact same role it did before, just takes twice as long now, that doesn’t make the app better, It makes it worse.. stop doing app development to keep people in a job and do app development to develop the application for the people that use it. Eg, your customers.
I have used the AMB phone app for 3 years and have been very happy with its simplicity, being easy to use and very functional.
