Automatic call recorder ‪●‬ 9+

Good App. Zero Support.

App works well but the support for this App is non existent. Contacted developer three times on two separate email addresses about a user error related issue, but never received a reply, not even an automated response. Only have half of my interview recorded and need to determine whether it’s possible to retrieve it all. Would have scored this App at least 4 out of 5 if it weren’t for the disappointing lack of support that’s offered.

Hello, we reply to all emails within 24 business hours. I worry that you may send to the wrong email support address. It should be arunhelp1108@gmail.com. You should send me your phone number and when did you make that call so we can help look into your issue on our server side.

This app is not easy to use at all

I'm gonna be straight forward. This app is not easy to use. I spent $79 for something that I thought that is gonna record from second 1 of the phone call. Well, it wasn't like that. I explain you how it works. For an incoming call you need to answer, go to the app, open it (by opening the app basically you call a number), go back to the call and tap "merge calls". The whole operation takes about 10 seconds and the person who called you can hear "this call is recorded".
I asked for a refund because the description doesn't match the reality and I was told that I don't qualify for it. The Australian consumer law says if the product doesn't match the guarantee you are eligible for a refund. It's not just about money, it's more about principle, I'm not happy with it because it doesn't match your description.
When someone calls me I have to tell him/her to wait 10 seconds to record the call. If you describe this super easy, well you should think again. Super easy is when I don't even have to think to do something to record the calls.
No offense for the developer. I know he did his best and is hard work, time and knowledge investment. Good luck with your projects.

Hello, thanks for your detailed feedback! We have a recording indicator to alert both sides that the call is being recorded. This makes the app legal in many countries. Our process of recording incoming calls is similar to all the call recording app on App Store. However, our process of recording outgoing calls is far better than any call recording app on Apple Store. And you don't need to pay for any extra local calling cost to record outgoing calls. Doesn’t work at all; $30 down the drain.

For outbound calls, the app rings for a few seconds and then says call ended. Every. Single. Time. Tested with my partner to confirm that it never even calls the number you enter before skipping to ‘call ended’.

For inbound calls, when I open the app and ring the number I hear ‘due to service difficulties we are unable to connect your call’. Tried changing the access number to something closer to my location (Australia) but same result.

Have requested a refund from apple. Fingers crossed I can either get this app working or that refund processed
