Fun game. But there’s a purchasing issue
Problem has been resolved and the staff were great.
Keeping this example up though just in case others have the same issues.

Every time I try to purchase something, it gets approved but I don’t get the items I bought, if I buy it again, I get charged twice. This had become a real issue and a waste of money.
Would have been more stars but…
The game was great to start. I played it all day everyday for a while. But then recently, they removed the free coins from ads feature. The only way I could actually pass some levels without spending days on it would be to use this feature to be able to get boosts to help me through. Now, you have to pay for them. This is a casual game, not a game I am willing to spend $20+ on for a few boosts.
Secondly, if I was to get boosts, the chances are they would not help me. The +5 cards will always WITHOUT fail, give me the first 4 cards as being useless and then the final card will match to one single card. I have stopped using this feature if I have more than one card left as it is a waste.
Finally, some levels are stupid (example level 360). The game says they’re super hard, but the only reason they come across as hard is because you can do amazingly and think you’re going to pass it, but then the game will give you 5-10 useless cards IN A ROW and then you fail the level. It’s like all the levels have a “attempt it X number of times and then we may let you pass it after”.
I literally just want to carry on with the story, I’m enjoying it, but to have to spend days to be able to get a single star and then have to waste 6 stars with watching Marlow run around and bark etc.
Disgusting.
I've been playing this game for a year now. Was happy to play it, was getting free lives from watching adverts then all of a sudden they stopped AFTER I SPEND $5. I pushed passed it, kept playing until now. You now give us more money but upped the price of everything! You took away out lives by replacing them with stupid tickets. You use to win a level and get to keep a life but now that does not happen. The person that said about the 5 card draw... Are you serious? This always happens to me as well!! You have rigged the game to always just give people one card and it's always at the end of the pack. I'm done. I stupidly put money in to this game and even spent money on the monthly packs. Welp, that's it for me and my cash. I understand you have to pay people but you destroyed the game by being greedy.
