It supports all of today’s most preferred forms of communication (like phone, email and chat) so that every person in your organization can work the best way they know how.
Organize projects and teams into specific spaces—one for planning lunches, one for fantasy football, and maybe one for actual work.
Chat in real-time with voice and video or via instant messaging.
Create, assign, and update Tasks, so you can make sure your team is synced up on what needs to be done.
Share, preview, and search for documents
Accessible from your mobile device or from a web browser...basically, wherever you are.
We think it’s pretty ironic that some team collaboration tools actually create more distraction, so we made sure that Spaces supports teams without being a nuisance.
Spaces was made by a bunch of people who are passionate about finding better ways to get work done. We also like free stuff, which is why we made Spaces completely free to use. You can upgrade to a paid version, but it’s not necessary to realize the benefit of our brand of team collaboration.

Much more than just video meetings
When you think about video you think just online meetings, but Spaces offers so much more. Even after the video has finished you can continue to collaborate by sharing files, assigning time driven tasks, and chatting. One of my favourite features is the ability to set up different Spaces for different projects/topics - and only the people you invite can join and collaborate and in that specific Space .. reduces the number of emails, is much more organised when working on multiple tasks and at the click of a button you can be ‘live’ on video whenever needed. Loving my Spaces!!
Business essential
I’ve used many communications apps over the years and this is one of the best. Awesome voice and video quality regardless of how many people we have on including smart mute of participants as meetings grow. Seamlessly moves from WiFi to 4G when I leave the home office. The embedded messaging in my meeting SPACES allows me to stay across our projects wherever I am and quickly jump in to a collaboration meeting where I can assign tasks also!
