App a bit confused
This app gets my bins mixed up when I’m getting a message to put general bin out it’s a both bin night otherwise it’s a great app
Great little app
Definitely worth downloading the app. Booking a clean up is SO easy. I also requested a bin repair. I would still have a bin with one wheel if it wasn’t for the app making it so easy. However, I look forward to more services being integrated into the app. It would be great to include sections to report illegal dumping, pot holes, park repairs etc. The app could be used for so much more. It does include a contact page but including the categories in the front menu will prompt locals to be proactive in their community.
“b Informed”? Too clever by half. Too clever to use the name Blacktown? Won’t even show up on a search on iPhone using “Blacktown”. What’s wrong with the Blacktown logo that is familiar to all residents? Then the user might be able to recognise the icon. Many people have hundreds of apps on their phones. They’re supposed to remember your oh-so-clever one-off name for the app? Aldi uses Aldi. Bunnings uses Bunnings. Service NSW uses Service NSW. Coles uses Coles. Etc.
If the council is so ashamed of its name, change it to “b Informed Council”.
