Good app

It’s a solid app, useful for baby names. Entertaining to look up friends’ names and learning different details and stats about each name.

Update has taken something great and ruined it

Downloaded this app a couple of months ago and it was fantastic. The best baby name app I had found so far. It had a comprehensive filter that you could tailor with so many options, finding lots of great names and suggestions. It was excellent.

With this new update, they’ve taken away almost all of the features that made it so good, and have turned it into a Tinder-style swipe app. Just like literally every other baby name app out there, it’s now just a clone.

While there is still a “list” option with some filters, the filter list is extremely limited compared to the previous version of this app.

I’m actually so disappointed and saddened by this update and really wish I could use the older version. I tried to provide feedback to their support email but it seems the email is no longer valid, so I’m not sure what’s happening.

The app is more powerful and sophisticated in several ways, though we haven't retained some less-used features. Popularity / year

I love the idea that you can find most names and year of popularity and ranking popularity for each year, plus meaning of each name, not to forget names origin
The app is user friendly and can be used not only for new born’s but for history - school work, research or personal use. Well done Nametrix
