Great app, functions really well as easy to use
Can not contact renters
This is very frustrating that after 3 years of using the app to find and rent rooms, we can no longer contact a renter to ask any details about it before requesting to reserve it (and paying!!) I have contacted customer support twice with no response. If the app functions are changed- don’t you think you should send an email to users? I also cannot find any option to upgrade to the new ‘paid version’ with the same features as we had before for free. I suggest we all use Pisocompartido for ease of connection from now on, sadly!

Huge security and safety risk
Beware!! If you’re staying for a longer period and get defrauded by your housemate / landlord Badi won’t do a single thing as they have already been paid. Huge safety risk. Don’t use if you’re staying alone.

Badi is an only free app, we don't charge any commission for our services, we give the plus to make the first booking through our security payment system to ensure that your arrival to the flat will be great. We understand that as we are not in charge of further payments, the agreements related to the rental must be agreed between landlord & tenant as normal procedure.
