Bamboo - Effortless Investment 4+

Good app for beginners

I don’t know a lot nor have the time to study how to invest in crypto but I know I need to do it sooner rather than later. Bamboo helped me do that. I love the ease of the app but I wish I could track the fees in the activity section. With out seeing them clearly it makes it seems a little like they are hiding them. We all know nothing is free so don’t mind paying, but would like to be able to track. I’d also like to see a graph of my investment over time. Not the currency but my investment. Thanks for helping me jump in.

Excellent Support Team

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the Bamboo Support Team, particularly Ken and the “Tech Team” for helping me recover my transaction records. I had discovered that I couldn’t log into my old Bamboo account that I created in 2021. I lodged a support ticket with the team and Ken picked it up very quickly and tended to my needs. It was discovered that my account had been deactivated and the phone number I provided wasn’t associated with my account. Ken was able to liaise with the “Tech Team” and I was sent a copy of my transaction records within a matter of hours. Ken has been very considerate, kind, patient, polite and courteous of my needs and I really appreciate the support I received from him and everyone involved. Thank you so much!
