From a half baked app, to my new bank

Started using these guys when i first saw an ad for them (because of the cashback). They were still setting up on the time of my last review. Since then they have really gone from 0-100. Support is now fast, and multi currency is now works too. :) Good job guys!!

Hi there!

We currently do have access up to 30+ currencies and as for transferring money out, as I had told you when you contacted customer service, you were trying to transfer out using PayID which we have yet to support. However, you can transfer money out through using BSB/Account Number of your relevant bank account.

Efficient, Well Trusted & Helpful Service

The customer support team is very helpful, and they provided the information I required. My transfer was processed extremely quickly ie a couple of days and the application is easy to use. I would recommend Bano to friends and family.
