Read this now. I purchased the full season but I can’t play any other of the episodes. Even when I purchased them all. This needs to be fixed. I am happy to spend money IF I am able to play all of the episodes which at this point I cant even though I made the purchase. I hope the developers see this and fix the problem so I can play the other four episodes I purchased. Please do this now
How to fix the episodes not purchasing/downloading
I know there’s a lot of ppl getting this issue on mobile so here’s how: 1. Before you begin, if you have save data, make sure you have saved it to the iCloud and/or Telltale Cloud Save. Removing and reinstalling the app. First remove the app from your phone, reboot your phone, make sure you have a good internet connection, re-download the app then do the following: Restoring your purchases 2.Once you open the app, do not log into your Telltale account. 3. On the Episode select screen choose "(+) More Options" 3. Click "Restore Purchases" 4. Click purchase (make sure you are trying to purchase the same item you did previously) and the Apple Store will recognize that you already own the content and grant it to you for free. 5. Download all the episodes in the same session to avoid this from happening in the future. 6. Now you may log into your TTG account and restore any cloud saves you might have.
Good game but needs prompt attention by developers
This is a good game series with a lot of action and interactivity to keep a person engaged. However, I have already purchased the multipack of episodes 2-5 and am unable to play them or even restore the purchase. This is also the case with Batman: TellTale Series.
This is something that needs to be revised and fixed by the developers as many people are finding that they are having the same issue. For someone who is a huge fan of the series, it has become quite frustrating to not be able to have proper access, especially when money has been put into the app to unlock it.
