Bus terminals and at train stations have them - but not the ferry terminals! Would it kill you to have a screen that stated platform 1 - Russell Island, (then list the other islands) and time of departure. Nobody knows! The website is good - but not everyone knows where to look for it. Even ‘download our Ap - BITS’ would be helpful. It’s just not professional. However, that is the only gripe. The service is great and so are are staff. Thanks!

I do use this app all if the time. HOWEVER. Last week I couldn’t find a Monday ferry time when I looked on the Saturday. I wanted to plan my day. Kept saying ferries not available for this date. YES. I do know how to put in the correct time sand day. I have been using it for 3 years.

Love this app! Also love the ‘show next ferry’ feature however it would also be good to have ‘show previous ferry’ feature. If you select ‘back’ you are taken to find a ferry main screen and your previously entered criteria is gone. Sometimes the ‘next ferry’ is not ideal and u want the previous one which you’ve forgotten what time it goes.

When I first moved here 4 years ago, I struggled with the Translink/Sealink timetables on my phone. So glad I found this app - works well and its updates are timely. If only the ferry terminals were as organized!
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
Fixed an issue where the Date/Time picker wasn't usable on iPhone 4S (or older) devices, as well as iPad.
