If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.
The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

Can’t receive OTP (International)
Im new to BDO just about 3 months. I opted to choose BDO for my remittances because i heard goods about them, but boy i was so disappointed. I have asked customer service to change my registered mobile number so i can easily access my account here in Australia. At first i was using the web portal one so far so good I was able to receive my OTP on my Australian number. Then when i was advised to use the mobile app to get easier access i did. I was told that i need to change password via the app in order to access it and so i did but it was asking for an OPT, since i was already receiving one when logging in with the web portal I thought I’d receive the OTP without any problem but it was opposite, not receiving any OTP at all, i reported it to customer service and they can’t seem to find out why and was advised to just use the web portal instead. What a disappointment. A total waste of opening with this bank.

I tried the option to Sign Up in the BDO Online app on my mobile phone. Of course, being a long-time customer, I opted for the Savings or Checking Account option.
However, I could never get past the screen with the headline Enter Your Account Details even after putting in my existing Savings Account number, birthday, e-mail, etc, because whenever I click Next, I just get an error message saying “Sorry, we’re unable to do that now. Please try again later.”
Well, I’ve been trying for weeks and it doesn’t help that I’m based overseas (with a working, registered PH mobile number). I can still access the old Digital Banking portal but customer service is unable to assist. I just get their canned instructions, but they’re unable to explain why I am getting this issue.
No option for international number
Considering Philippines is a country of OFW it is a big opportunity to any bank to gain more customers if it will allow to add international number or at least give an alternative like use an email. Imagine if you have this feature the OFWs can leave their money in ther savings accounts which the bank can use to make more money. The family of those OFWs possibly will go with the same bank. This is going to be a win to both customers and the bank and I hope that it can be addresed.
