Good game but need more updates. Once you start playing it’s fun because you learn new things and tools but when you have played it for half an hour or so you’ve done every tool and every body “part”, so far I’ve gotten all of the promotions and all of the furniture and I’ve only played for an hour. The thing that will make me play this game a lot it N E W U P D A T E S every week or so. This game has a good idea but need more ideas and updates goodbye 👌

The ad for this game includes the dentist, but in that game it is only feet cleaning.. there is no trigger warning so if you have a phobia of holes, this game isn’t for you! Literally all that it Is, is feet cleaning.. my daughter downloaded this game to clean the worm out of the ladies tooth, but cause the owners cannot respect people of phobias of holes all the game is is the feet shaving, pimple popping, which leaves holes, and foot fungus. Absolutely disgusting disgraceful! I don’t know how to describe it honestly. It’s bad, my daughter has been playing for over two years, and not one level includes the teeth from the ads. She’s over level 200 and would like to find the teeth level but instead she’s about to delete the app because she cant understand why there is no tooth level in the game. She would like to see if you can update the app so alI the foot levels would be changed to teeth because people don’t like feet people can get easily triggered by feet, and if you could update all the feet Levels and make them teeth levels, then maybe you wouldn’t get thousands and hundreds of people uninstalling your game every single hour of the day 24 seven. 😡

I’m not normally the type of person that leaves reviews on games but on this I feel like I need to warn you this game is pretty disturbing although I am only young but expire you be a nurse, this game is just disgusting and really needs a shop or something.
Furthermore as I was saying before about it having a shop the game NEEDS to be updated because currently with the game there is nothing to except looking at the disturbing feet, yes I know about how people can have a foot fetish but the game isn’t just feet! The part of the game that I got up to before being completely grossed out was the patient’s ear which of course irl is an important thing for checking for diseases but there is something disturbing about this in a game
