What a horrible application. I hope nobody with genuine issues downloads this app. The email contact form doesn’t work and when you try to use the LiveChat it returns a screen that says “Sorry, we aren’t online at the moment.” And this is supposed to be an application which offers “24/7” support to people who are at a low point mentally. They should be utterly ashamed.
Withdrawn and over it all
At a sleepover for work. I gave up drugs and alcohol over a month ago. Wanted to try and talk to someone about the constant suicidal thoughts I’m having. Says they are not online at the moment 24/7. If only to organise someone to call me at a more suitable time would have given me some hope. What’s the point anyway. I guess this is just another sign.
Can't submit help form
I'm trying to lodge a Contact Us form and it's broken.
Editing text in the comment field is jumpy and erratic if you try and select/move your cursor around.
Also, you can't submit the form unless all fields are filled in - but you can't select a "Query Type" from the dropdown. This means I can't send anything via mobile.
