Disappointing app

Well I hope the clinician is better than the app.
It’s out of whack. It’s over 2 years since last update . The forms are scattered and overlapping each other.
Making it hard to fill out at all.
Gave me anxiety just trying to fill it out
Please update the app and fix the countless bugs and issues.

Should be designed to be helpful not give more anxiety.

Actually needed help and didn’t get it

I was recommended to use this service as my workplace had changed EAP to this. I was having major mental health issues and I go no assistance from Benestar at all. I tried to use the live chat and that was over 1 month ago and I am still waiting for a response. This app is dangerous and no employer should recommend this to their staff in place of a proper EAP. I have had to source support outside of my workplace and at this stage because my workplace has this I cannot get help from them.

Useless EAP

This is the 2nd time I tried to use their services as part of EAP.
First, at the height of pandemic and I was really having depression. I was not able to contact them.

Just recently, I really wanted to talk to someone on that day. However, the earliest appointment they can give me is more than a week AFTER! I ended up going to my GP who recommended me to a psychologist. I will definitely mention AND GIVE THE FEEDBACK TO my employer and my sister who happens to be HR of a multinational company.
