Unable to withdraw my money
I was offered $100 bonus for my first deposit. I was happy to bet with $200 but unfortunately lost the game. After a month deposit $600+ and bet $200. Lost again. I tried to withdraw rest of the amount. But was unable to withdraw. Customer service told me that i will not be able to withdraw until I make $1200 with that. She started saying that i accepted the bonus before and its still under the terms and condition to double the money before i make any withdraw for any deposit. I asked what if i had deposited $1 million. She then replied need to make it $2 million before you are allowed to withdraw.
Haha
I will never ever recommend Topbetta to anyone.

Worst agency
I’ve been a professional punter for 6 years now. I decided to take the opportunity to bet with a small Australian company for a different styled experience. After I had a decent win, I withdrew. After 4 days, no money received in my account, I decided to chase up with customer service who proceed to place me to the financial team. After 2 weeks I am still chasing up my money as well as there incompetency to let me know what is going on. I can’t comprehend how they are an agency and even aloud to be downloaded as an app.
