I used to work for TAB for 15+ years and just used there app but once I joined bet365 I was amazed at how many more markets they have plus all the multi you can take plus you can cash out when ever you want. The best part is that you can bet as much as you want or as little as you want like 10 cent ect. Bet365 also give you bonus bets to play with all the time. The app also lets you watch your races and the games you bet on so if you don’t have any sport channels you can watch them on this app. I can honestly say this is a fantastic app and I recommend that you download the app and have a go. Like I said I worked for TAB for a very long time and I have closed my account with them cause I just use bet365 all the time now

Bet365 are absolute scums I was offered a payout today of $3400 to cash out on my multi try'd doing it and the app kept freezing every time I pressed on cash out it would make a clicking sound before the markets even closed for the next fight and would just make the noise of me pressing cash out but not actually doing it then when I try'd contacting the live chat it was taking so much time to connect me to speak to an agent the markets had closed this is beyond rigged and should be taken to court for this why offer your customers a option to cash out but not recommend people to make bets with intention to cash out your bet l'm sorry but in what world do you offer customers a cash out show it and the amount you can cash out before the next market closes then freeze the account or something so we can't actually cash the money we're being offered this is beyond fraudulent and should be taken to court and put all over the news for doing this to customers knowing all the terms and conditions especially about cashing out I did everything in the terms and conditions trying to cash out my bet at the time before the next market was closed was being offered my amount to cash out at the time took it but wouldn't let me in what world is this okay. ????

I have no idea what Bet365 were thinking when they changed/updated their App. It is so hard to navigate and is full of bugs. I’ve had to install and reinstall the App 3-4 times because once placing a bet the processing wheel doesn’t move and is stuck! Not only does this mean I have to logout and back on again constantly, but I then miss good odds that were previously displayed. Trying to select favourites horses with the “star” seems to have the same issue; you push the screen and nothing happens. This use to be my most favourite betting app to the absolute worst, which causes frustration especially when other Apps work like a breeze. The refresh of Balance application is also non existent or not working and it takes forever your $ balance to refresh or update. Being restricted within 4 weeks of joining, along with most people I know is bad enough and completely discriminatory to those who are winners and not losers. This just goes to show the misleading games Bet365 play to get a customer onboard, then restrict them to the point of taking any enjoy and fun out of betting with Bet365. Bring back the old App or fix the ongoing issues with this one!

in total agreance with others who have recently commented on the “new look”. Haven’t had a bet for a few months, but when i opened the app today I was appalled at the changes. The app was great, worked on phone and tablet. The tablet view was great as a landscape view, why did you change it? The functionality worked, it was intuitive. This is a great step backwards, the lag time time on page refresh of sub menus is ridiculous. DId you actually consult any of your users before going ahead with this? New users wont have a problem because they wont miss what was a great easy way to have a punt, but it wouldn’t surprise me if you have a high percentage drop off of existing users. What a shame!
