Was a bluebet customer for long long time then they merged with betr and I was a bit iffy about it because I had used a betr account in the past. My concerns were put to bed quite quickly as this platform is outstanding. Constant weekly bonuses every Thursday (if you don’t win more than you deposit) but hey if you clean up you don’t mind missing out on the weekly bonus bets but if you have a bad run you know that bonus will be sitting in your account on Thursday without fail to redeem yourself. Many times my bonus $50 has pulled me out of the ashes and put me back ahead. Oh yeah and getting deposit matches quite frequently too. Great tokens, boosts and odds to boot. Keep up the great work betr. Customer for life! Giddy up!

CASH OUT - Does not work. Will tell you it’s successful but won’t actually ‘cash out’. When I challenged them I was told to send a screenshot…only problem, it doesn’t state what the amount was, only states ‘cash out successful’, so pointless and not a leg to stand on. You will lose every time! PAY OUT THEN TAKE IT BACK - Twice now I’ve been paid out a sports bet, only for them to realise it was a losing bet (I was unaware at the time). They reverse the payout, even after I placed further bets, leaving my balance in a deficit. No email, no communication, nothing! BETSLIP FAILURES - If you put an amount on a bet in your betslip, change your mind and delete this bet, be careful as that amount will automatically drop down to the next bet in your betslip. I emailed them to state this was a flaw, and again no response! Misleading. MARKETS ON POSTPONED AND CANCELLED MATCHES - The traders often have games already cancelled still up for bet taking. They state games like soccer if postponed can play within 48 hours. Problem is, they don’t update the start time. Misleading at best… APP CLUNKY AND UNRELIABLE - No true investment is made on this platform. It is amateur at best. BONUS / LOYALTY BETS ONLY IF YOU’RE LOOSING - No rewards, just a 1/3 of your losses back if you’re lucky. I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS COMPANY!

Overtime like any recreational gambler- I have donated for my entertainment A LOT more $$ than what I have collected to bluebet. It has for years been my preferred betting app and I’ve recommend them to others. This week on a same race multi i of $40- I collected $200. After this ‘massive win’ - my account has been restricted and I can no longer bet with exotic bets on racing. Only a restricted spend win/place bet is available to me. I thought it was an error in my app so I emailed customer service- to be informed that ‘it was a bluebet traders decision and at this point in time traders are not willing to have me bet outside of what my account is now limited to.’ This honestly seems like some kind of joke. I thought this kind of thing only happened to either professional punters or massive spenders and big winners. Not someone that regularly donates/loses $60-$100 a week. My win of $200 must be considered extremely high risk! So as a result- I withdrew my account bahh K sce of $210. Permanently closed my account, wrote this review- and I’ll now use another getting agency to donate my money to weekly. 😂

This app is frustrating to use, especially if you use other punting bets. Depositing is super easy, obviously, but try taking your money out! They can’t just deposit it back on the card you used like every single other app, no, they need bsb and account numbers. Plus, if they offer you a bonus bet or bets you please deposit money into the app, you can withdraw your initial stake. That’s their money now, no matter how much you win, you’ll never get that initial stake back.The odds are no better than anyone else but the app itself is clunky and there are games they don’t off multis on, you could win, or games they don’t let you be on, still likely you may win. I get that punting apps aren’t there to give you money, the whole point is to take your money but this app isn’t even willing to give you a chance.
