Description

View your job and customer information on your mobile device while offline. Especially useful if you have no or poor internet connectivity. Update your job details offline and then sync back to your master MYOB ERP system when you have online accessibility. Helps you and your team to maximum productivity and efficiency.

Functionality:
1. View the jobs and appointments you, or your team, have been assigned.
2. Start a timer once you are ready to start your job and stop the timer once you have completed the job which will automatically record the time against the job as a labour cost.
3. Check your JSA type requirements and sign off compliance prior to starting your work.
4. Update the progress of the job you are doing, adding photos and notes.
5. Record the materials you have used on the job, scan the stock code for easy finding.
6. Get your customer to electronically sign off the job and automatically log it against the job.
7. Sync your offline data
8. Reduce available stock levels (once sync’d with your master system).

Bonus - Maintain your user settings such as application access, module view-ability, label names via a web browser-based tool.
