Best travel up I’ve used yet! Was perfect for my trip around vic, everything we needed from camping spots to hidden gems was available to help us plan our trip! Would recommend to everyone! 10/10

I thought I got scammed …

Paid $15 for the premium thing, went back on the app today and it wasn’t coming up with any of the premium stuff anymore & that I need to pay again… luckily I found the restore purchases thing but it worried me for a bit. Has a few good spots but NSW is overall lacking , not sure if the money is worth it as most of it is available for free on other platforms. App is also pretty glitchy, when I try save to favourites it doesn’t work. Ah well

Hey Briella, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Beyonder. Feedback, whether positive or constructive, is a really important part of building our app and making it the best that it can possibly be.

Regarding the glitch of needing to "restore purchases", this is something unfortunately completely out of our control as founders and developers, as it's all to do with Apple itself, and the way it syncs your in-app purchases to your phone. We've found this can often happen to users after an initial purchase, but one click of restore purchases should fix it up for good!

As for your comment about NSW lacking locations, we'd just like to mention that we are currently only a small, 3-person team behind not only researching and adding new locations but also trying to navigate the world of creating a new business and the development of a mobile app. With our Gem Races being our lead focus over the last couple of months… 2024 has brought on a more effective schedule which will include the constant addition of new locations across NSW and the entire country. We have major plans of strengthening and growing our team as well as updating our "suggest a gem" feature to allow for more user-recommended locations to be added!

You also mentioned that most of the locations are available for free on other platforms, however, we can guarantee that other platforms do not provide the same value that Beyonder does with all of our innovative features such as our Route Planner and detailed filtering system. Beyonder is structured to help users discover & explore unique destinations at the click of only a few buttons. This is instead of users having to know exactly what keywords/locations to search for across the ever-crowding web.

Beyonder runs a FREEium model which means when you download our FREE app you already have 100x more value than many paid books and travel guides with 2000+ locations right at your fingertips. Then for the small fee of $15 you get access to 250 premium locations which we’ve worked extremely hard to research and uncover through conversation and extensive “googling”. There are not many other platforms where you can find locations near you easily, and have everything you need in one place! Reviews, descriptions, booking links, social media links & photos etc. We provide value that no website, book or blog will be able to give you.

We are constantly working hard to fix up bugs & glitches in the app, so we are very sorry to hear that you aren't able to save locations into favourites maps. Greatest hidden gem app there is

Wow! Blown away that I can travel and see all these amazing spots within Australia! There gem races are also excellent!

The app works really smoothly and they are doing regular updates if bugs are found.
