I have been using this app for years now and find that it has helped me gain perspective into the works and things of God. With a rapidly changing world it is so important for the word of God to stay true and unshakable. I have even intention to incorporating this app to my future family routine as I truly believe it helps to simplify the intact of the word of God. For anyone reading this please remember that sin drives a dark wedge between us and God, sin is destructive regardless of the form in which it occurs. This is a lesson I’m learning the hard way. But how lucky are we to have a father who is jealous over us and will not allow useless meaningless sinful things to end his love for us. Anyway this app is brilliant. Thank you so much to all who make it what it is , it’s truly amazing.

First of all, this app is such a great blessing for me, as a such a slow reader, Its really help me to finish my bible reading & the audio is really good!
I’ve been using thus app for years. I download the old version of this app, so I can hear it over and over without using my mobile data. However, when I replace my phone to the new one, I download the app again, this time I got the latest version, and like before, I spent an hour to downloaded the New International Version, so I can hear it without using internet. But then when I try to opened it again, it didn’t show that I have any bible or book downloaded, so I have to keep using internet to hear it. So, I wish they fix the “downloading” problem, because I like to hear the bible anytime I have time. Thank you

The narrated King James texts without the background music is awesome :)

I used to rate this site 5 star, being dyslexic I rely on it to be dependable, as it used to be.

I have given generously to it at times in the past and happy to donate here and there when I’m able, but withholding access to the Word of God by forcing people into monetisation and membership programs is merchandising, it’s why Jesus overturned the tables in the temple, and took a whip to the marketeers.

This simple service of making the Word of God available online to anyone shouldn’t be turned into a cash cow (golden calf) or a data collection service.

It started as a great idea and performed well with simple functions for many years.
I don’t want all the new bells and whistles, I’d just like to have access to the original, standard King James narrators that haven’t changed since I started listening.
But without the recent uncertainty of not knowing whether the same recordings will be available or if they will be restricted at whim by in-house processes.
