It only shows the numbers I had to purchase the voice separately and it still doesn’t have voice ... really disappointed with this app

No Sound

I paid two by $2.99 to use this app and there is no sound, how do I get my money back.

We kindly ask you will send your experience to us. We are very interesting to hear: 1. Are you able to select the different Voices under settings. 2. Have you turned on the voice on front. The icon with flag. 3. Have you turned on the sound on the device 4. There I only voices when the numbers is called. Can you hear some of the languages voices or none of them.
