Great iOS wallet with a great web interface too

Brilliant wallet. Clean, friendly interface.

I love the ability to "watch" the balance of an offline/paper wallet without it having my private keys. It also allows you to import/sweep the balance of paper wallets which not many providers support.

Those who complain about the fees don't realise that these are now required by the Bitcoin network and are not taken by the wallet makers. All wallets have to work with this issue. This wallet is much better than others in that it allows you to choose the fee you pay (based on how soon you want your transaction processed) and even specify a custom fee.

Now that it supports Ethereum too it will probably be on the top of my list.

Respectable company with decent security practices and a good reputation in the industry. Recommended.

Works well, until it stops

Was using this app for storing my crypto, liked the iOS functionality and Face ID.

After several months one day I went to Face ID and it said error - log out and back in and try again.

I did this but it didn’t work, I then tried deleting the app as it seemed corrupt, I couldn’t get in to see my funds and with crypto you are on your own. Don’t expect support for a decentralised currency, its almost non existent and if something happens to the app like it did with me, it’s scary AF when you lose your crypto.

I tried to login on my PC (luckily I had left the password to remember) but it still didn’t open.

At this point I was close to tears, my crypto had turned into CRY-TO.

I wrote a generic support form to blockchain and about 10 mins later everything started to work again. Thank god.

I think the wallet is nice looking and has the right features but at the end of the day, your crypto is not really in your control.

I am buying a Ledger Nano S now after this experience, time to get my funds offline and safer.

Absolutely pathetic

Well on the 1st January, 2023i made a transaction at 00:24am . Now it is still sending now… 15th February, 2023.
I have tried to contact customer service on numerous accounts. The bot is useless. I keep getting told to be patience, the staff are looking at it.
I have been using this for over 12 months never a problem at all.
Well enough is enough, and have patience but lost a lot of time and money waiting for them to fix the problem. I have received no answer but.. be patient. Well 1.5 months is a fair time to be patient.
I lost my money as it wasn’t sent or returned.
Be careful.
