I was wondering if the app could notify an emergency contact if the blood oxygen drops too low

Trying to download from Australia
iPhone app says must download via Apple Watch
Go to Apple Watch and click into the App Store to download and the App Store says must use iPhone
So neither will download

Unavailable on series 6

I saw it is unavailable on my watch which is series 6. No idea why although it is built in app. Tried to reset the watch and paired again but no chance to get it.
