Ratings and Reviews
Scam
The premise of this app is very unethical, i.e. scam. I booked online, received no reply on emails, then it forced me to download an app to cancel my appointment. While there is a “delete account” button, it is forcing you to contact the support team with no contact phone number or email. Again, forcing me to waste my time.
Keep it simple, book and cancel with a click.
Only ask us to use the app if we think it’s more convenient, i.e. once we are a regular customer. I was going to try the service for the first time but now, never. The whole process reeks scam and I feel trapped just going through the cancellation process.
Pointless
I have made a booking and downloaded this app from the confirmation email so I can manage my booking. It appears that my booking information is not linking and will not show upcoming appointments, therefore I can’t manage my booking at all ie. reschedule or cancel. Very frustrating considering T&C’s state if you’re a no show, late or don’t give the required cancellation notice your card will be charged a fee.
