Wasted my time and money on your half-baked software experiment

This once seemed promising for team collaborative defect/punch lists. Invested time and money - Pushed out to major projects including training of employees - only to be embarrassed by bluebeam cloud pulling the function altogether mid-project/s. Don’t understand how the current app and functionality is useful to me at all. Unable to defect/punch any longer. Must now look for another solution. You would have been better creating another app and letting us continue our defect/punch projects with limited support and with reasonable notice before making major changes. Will not trust bluebeam again. I am a BB org-admin for approx 50-60 paid users. Poor form.

Terrible app

We have been using this app for our new house plans. We have been designing and working on this forever. We always new it wasn’t very trustworthy with our progress but we decided to give it a second shot. Just now all our work was erased after leaving the website and coming back. We had been working on our plans forever and we have to start again from the things we can remember. I do not recommend this app if you are trusting it with valuable work. Will not be using again.

Don’t waste your time

The help support from Bluebeam is extremely poor as the apps don’t link to the main account and keep freezing
