What happened? You updated took away features. Charge chinese less than 2usd and charge Australians 45usd (per month for a year) not happy. Worse on both I can not even pay for the service, it just does not work. Very disappointed. If you want to make inroads into Grindr charge reasonable amounts and don’t be racist in your charging. Also make sure it works.

VIP 1 year subscription but no access
I bought 1 year Blued VIP subscription through AppStore. I logged out accidentally once and could not remember my password. So i tried resetting password through my Blued verified Yahoo email. But it doesn’t allow me. The message reads every time, “The user account is not found”. I have tried 100 times at least. Wrote email to blued with user ID, email address and description of the problem but Blued keeps sending me the same automated response and then nothing. Its been weeks and I am asking Blued to further my subscription for the days I was not able to access. It is only fair. PLEASE RESPOND!
Very poor response. The developers didn’t even take time to read my problem and worse an automated response. I bought the subscription in Australia so I will ask both the ombudsman and AppStore to review my case. THIS IS ILLEGAL not to provide service, pretending to help and take a whole year subscription in advance.

Webcam live problem
The quality of cams are poor and no where near decent. Banning of sensitive image is another issue. I personally recommend you stop banning people based on sensitive images. Some are trying to earn for a living and more utterly true is that internet and apps are easily accessible to these images. The hypocrisy as well is seen through the advertisement/opening app cartoon and is deemed provocative. If you want to ban this issue, I recommend destroying the entire platform of this app. That way both sides are at a win loss situation. Not only that, instead of keeping it to location all the time, open up to other option such as personality wise and with/without image consultation etc. There are stalkers coming in and out of your profile with inaccurate location.
