Description
BlueVoyant MXDR protects your organization’s internal network, cloud instances, containers, and endpoints from unknown threat actors, and strengthens your utilization of existing EDR, SIEM, and cloud security tools.
The BlueVoyant Cyber Defense Platform mobile application empowers existing BlueVoyant MXDR clients to manage their security operations on the go.
Key features include:
- Comprehensive visibility into ongoing cases and investigations
- Real-time push notifications for case updates and escalated security incidents
- Swift response to security escalations through the Case Notes function, allowing direct communication with the BlueVoyant Security Operations Center (SOC)
Please note that to properly use the app, you must be an existing customer of BlueVoyant's MXDR service and have your log-in set up via our web platform.
What’s New
Version 1.1
- The mobile app will only display Escalated Health and Security Cases. Support cases to come in the second half of this year.
- Resolved the data rendering issues, the user will see the MSS Case ID rather than the Case Sys ID. This should improve the case monitoring UI, and make it easier to identify cases in the app.
-For case details, all of the case fields show be aligned. Parity with the web platform.
- Updated the labels in the charts/widgets so the metrics are more clear. Some of the numbers in the platform and the app may be different b/c these are entirely different widgets.
- Important: A second update will be released shortly to align the "Escalated Cases - Security & Health" widget to match the case monitoring tab. This is still currently out of sync.
