Can’t login

Opened new account but can’t login to app and when I call customer care and enter last four digit of my account it says no record for this account

A Frustrating Experience

I recently tried using the bank's iOS app, and to say it was a frustrating experience would be an understatement. One of the most basic features you expect from a banking app is the ability to check your recent transactions easily. However, this app seems to make that simple task unnecessarily complicated.

First of all, finding recent transactions is like searching for a needle in a haystack. It's buried beneath a pile of unnecessary and confusing features that clutter the user interface. It's baffling how such a fundamental function can be so poorly implemented.

The app seems to be overloaded with features that are of no real use to the average user. It's as if the developers decided to throw in every possible feature they could think of, without considering whether they were actually practical or needed. This results in a cluttered and confusing app that makes it difficult to perform even the most basic banking tasks.

Overall, my experience with this bank's iOS app was nothing short of a headache. It's a prime example of how a seemingly simple task like checking recent transactions can become needlessly complicated due to poor app design and an overload of unnecessary features. I would strongly advise the bank to streamline their app and prioritize user-friendliness if they want to retain their customers.

Stuck at the activation step itself!

I registered for mobile banking at the Dubai branch, then I received the OTP and M-pin. Installed the M-connect app, after opening the app, it is suppose to take me to the otp page but a SMS request page opens which then takes me to composing SMS however the message does not get delivered! Later back in app it says mobile number is not registered which is not the case.
So even before I could get to use the mobile banking, I am already frustrated. The description of step guides through the steps but nothing like that occurs at least in my case!
