Best Fitness App for Me.
I’ve tried various fitness apps, had various PT’s and tried different classes or coaching sessions.. Move with Us is truly the only app I’ve used and I’ve seen consistent results with and kept me moving forward for the last couple of years. I found Rachel Dillons app before the name changed and she motivated me to keep getting back up and keep trying again. I’ve found that setting smaller goals and 4-8 week challenges really helps me focus on the goal at hand instead of looking in the mirror and feeling helpless in the gym. In my early 20’s I was in full fitness mode, no drinking or social life and spent hours in the gym. I’m my later 20’s, with Covid and moving between 3 continents, I sort of fell off the wagon and wasn’t able to consistently stay in the gym. MWU gives you small challenges so you can get back up, focus on the next task, next workout, next meal, and not feel like all hope is lost because I haven’t been to the gym in a week. Couldn’t recommend it more ❤️🔥
The sessions are great but app needs work!
I am generally OK with the app but since the last update the workout sessions keep resetting to the home page if inactive for 5 seconds. Also I can’t let the full sessions run as it heats up my phone so I like just to go through it without running it. However when I do that it constantly resets and I need to keep going to the workout session area and day. I wish it would just stay in the workout page and session even if inactive. Also it would be great if you could just choose ‘session completed’ rather then to click through the full session to have the app recognising you completed the session. I hope it improves soon. But the training workouts are great, no flaws there. Just the app needs work.

Thank you for your review! We have resolved these issues in our recent App updates, so please ensure you have updated to Version 1.3 of the BBR App! Workouts and meal plans are great
Really happy with the workouts and meal plans. There are a couple of usability issues that I struggle with. To log your daily steps for past days you have to go into the steps page and log the number for the specific date but then when you click “done” to save it, takes you back to Home Screen. So to update multiple days you have to keep doing the whole process again. If you just switch between different days without clicking “done” then none of the data you input saves.
Also the daily reflection page doesn’t have links to input data if you’ve missed something (ie the step count) so you have to exit the daily reflection, then go back into the steps page and log it there, it can’t be done on the reflection page.
These are small things which is why I still rated the app 4 stars! But would love to see the future improvements that keep coming 😁
