We were advised to download this app and have found it very useful.We only wish some of the railway station staff were as helpful as the app.As travelling from Australia with little to no French language skill some of the staff were just rude. The was one very helpful staff member that shone through.

Great app I got the 2 day all access visitor pass and it worked a treat. I had 1 issue when I scanned and I didn’t realise I had to push through the gate. When I realised what I had done I could go through and the app wouldn’t allow me to scan in again as it though I had already gone though (understandable) when I asked staff at the counter they said they can’t do anything to help as it was on the app if I needed help, I would have to go through the app. I tried explaining over and over what had happened and that I had a two day pass and showed her the account on the app and she was still saying that I had to go through the app for help. She can’t do anything. She had a very rude tone and didn’t even want to try and help.
