Bought a couple of items (flannel shirt and cord jacket) for my son as a test run . Package arrived within a week / quality was good and my son loved them so it’s a big thumbs up from us and would shop again In a heartbeat !👍

Poor customer service and refund process

I purchased a few items which had a delivery ETA for 7-10 days. On the 10th day, nothing had come, no updates, I spent the new week talking to customer service regarding my missing parcel, which the proceeded to tell me to wait another week, so I did, again nothing arrived with no updates. I then asked them again which they stated I’ll be eligible for a refund if the products don’t arrive in 2 days, 2 days later nothing arrived so I requested a refund, for them to tell me that I need to wait another week and they can’t give me a refund.Very poor service, going back on their word and still no product till this day.

I purchased some workout gear from this app and followed the sizing guides exactly.When the clothes arrived the quality was really low for the price and the sizes were smaller than the sizing guide indicated.Despite this, the customer service staff initially refused a full refund even though I followed their sizing recommendations.It’s been a couple of months and several emails to customer service. They are non-responsive and have only refunded a fraction of what they promised.I can’t recommend shopping here based on their lack of support and below satisfactory build quality for the cost. If something goes amiss, you could end up being ignored.

I ordered clothes from BoohooMAN, spending about $300. The items looked great on the website, and I even downloaded their app. However, the delivery was extremely delayed, arriving about three to four weeks late. When they finally arrived, the clothes had a terrible cigarette smell, which was very off-putting. Additionally, while I was led to believe they were manufactured in London, the labels showed they were made in countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and China. Overall, the quality was extremely poor, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise against ordering from BoohooMAN; the clothes were simply awful.
