I feel the need...the need for speed

Previous review was for two stars as app was very slow. Since the update there is a huge improvement and speed is greatly improved. I’m sure there will be more improvements along the way, but for now I’m race ready for the weekend. Yes it’s me...the one and only Gai! 😘🤣

We were very aware of the fact that speed is of critical importance when getting a bet on, and as such we have made adjustments (and will continue to do so). The new version 2.2.6 which went live today I hope will show you a vast improvement in terms of speed and you'll keep giving us a go as we make additional updates over the coming weeks and months. Very disappointed

For starters the odds are just not great compared to other bookies your better off going almost anywhere for better odds. Secondly I placed an $80 bet on a horse race in IRE for my horse to place. At the time it said the odds on place were to be decided. On Ned’s and other bookies the odds for that horse to place were paying minimum $4. This horse preceded to place upon which I didn’t get my payout for nearly 10 hours and I only received the $80 I put down back. That’s right I put $80 in that I could’ve easily lost to get exactly what I hedged back not even a cent of profit. I will not be using this platform again

Update I have changed my review because the customer service was incredible. Not only did Rob from the customer service team reach out to me, but he was kind, remorseful and respectful. He back paid me what the race would’ve paid out if it was not cancelled. Excellent customer service well done!

Hi Sebastian. We have found the issue which was caused by your bet being on a tote price but the race then not being offered by the tote which resulted in the price being effectively nil. Our customer service team have reached out to you to resolve this issue.

I hate uncertainty

Thought I’d give an Australian bookie a crack
So I deposited $100 & received a $100 bonus
All seemed good so I placed bets the evening before wagering 4 x $50 in total.
1 horse was a race day scratching so when looked to reinvest the bonus $50
The problems started 🙇
My intent to book a new runner wouldn’t work via the app after lots of attempts
so after an hour, I searched hard to find their phone contact and after a wait I was told to try the web site …….I did and that didn’t work either. 🙅‍♂️
I was told they were working on the problem so I deleted the app and reinstalled now all the confirmed bets I have to run today can’t be viewed in any form?????? 😠

Not a good start …….
It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
I really hate uncertainty in matter like this!!!!!
