Functional but hard to use

Getting your data switched on is not possible through the app as you can’t use wifi but once your past that don’t worry, the app has a use. That use is slightly inhibited by the occasional crashes and how hard it is to access the websites it directs you to through the app. They don’t load most of the time and I end up going to them through safari which makes me jump through numerous hoops to log in.

The biggest annoyance however, is how it displays how much data you have separately. If you have 3 months of 20Gb of data stored up, plus 10Gb bonus and 11Gb from the current month, rather than saying “you have 81Gb to use this month” it displays them separately in a drop down menu mixed in at random between how many calls and texts you have left.

All in all a functional app that does what it needs to, but is hard to use and could do with some good updates. A full overhaul definitely isn’t required, just a bit of touching up and improment

Doesn’t even deserve one star

I agree with what everyone is saying.
Loyal Boost customers who have been with them for years have been forgotten about and disregarded as this app is now useless.
You are unable to view anything with wifi off but when you turn wifi on it says to turn it off 🤦🏼‍♀️ You press recharge through the app and it takes you to a webpage that says customers prior to Feb 2021 should continue to use old app WHICH DOESNT WORK. Only way to recharge is online with wifi connection. Automatic recharge no longer works. Was really frustrating when I needed to recharge when I was out, with no wifi, so I had to come home just to recharge and then go back out again!! Not good for people like my partner who travel and work on the road with no wifi areas for hours and no way to recharge. We will both be changing providers this month if this issue isn’t sorted ASAP. 100% Horrible Customer Service! Would not recommend to anyone.

Not recommendable. Terrible!!

At first I couldn’t get my SIM card activated so I had to chat with someone on the internet. It took a while but they got it fixed. So I wanted to get a mobile plan in the app for the money I recharged but I wasn’t able to because they just took my money and turned it into data. So now I have 35GB of data for one month now even though I wanted the 5GB Plan and save the rest of my money for the next months coming. So I had to get in touch with them again and they just stopped the conversation after some point because apparently I wasn’t replying fast enough even though I was replying fast. I think it was just because they didn’t know what to do. The app is also very confusing. So all in all I lost my money and they didn’t have any solution to get me the mobile plan I intended to purchase and no reason why they just gave me Data for my money.
