With BOQ Mobile Banking you can bank from the convenience of your mobile device. If you are already registered for Online Banking, simply Sign In using your existing Customer Access Number (CAN) and Personal Access Code (PAC) to access all your accounts, payees, and billers that you would normally see via Internet Banking. You will also be able to access your pending authorisations and payments as well as complete Funds Transfer, Pay Anyone and BPAY transactions.

UPDATE - It's now March 2019 and the most basic function of being able to view your BOQ credit card payable balance with due date is still not available on this iPad app or mobile browsers. Does anyone from BOQ ever look here for feedback and ways to improve the online banking experience. Very very poor service BOQ.
The endless loop preventing login after the last update seems to be fixed, but the fact the issue was called a 'minor defect' shows the appalling attitude towards customer service. Not being able to login is only a 'minor defect'? Really? But even repaired this app remains a disappointing useless waste of time. No landscape view. The most basic function of finding your credit card payment due date and amount isn't available. It takes so long for a touch command to respond you tap again wondering if anything is going to happen. And the mobile browser version of BOQ is not much better. How can your tech people not be reading all of these negative reviews and building a better app that has the basic functions people need to do banking online?
Needs major improvement
This app is not user friendly, out of all the mobile banking apps I have used, this would have to be the most frustrating! No landscape view, not touch friendly with delays on commands no clear design, to bank online should not be frustrating! the developers should at least read reviews and do an upgrade as this app is sub-par to say the least for such a big institution! Please fix this
About thirty years behind the times...
Spent too much effort on colours and pictures and advertising fluff, while the actual banking integration is still all 1980s mainframe server based junk like all BOQ attempts at apps, websites or phone banking have been. No Touch ID support?? Still? I hope the devs are embarrassed.
