With BOQ Mobile Banking you can bank from the convenience of your mobile device. If you are already registered for Online Banking, simply Sign In using your existing Customer Access Number (CAN) and Personal Access Code (PAC) to access all your accounts, payees, and billers that you would normally see via Internet Banking. You will also be able to access your pending authorisations and payments as well as complete Funds Transfer, Pay Anyone and BPAY transactions.

I have never written a review before, but I feel so strongly about this app that I can’t not say something. This app is plain atrocious. I cannot believe that a bank that is trying to be competitive within industry can genuinely believe that this is a commensurate service, even amongst small banks. A brief list of issues: - Endless crashes - Non-functional text fields - The app looks straight out of an intro to Visual Basic textbook for high schoolers. I don’t doubt a high schooler could create a better app. - No account information (both BSB and Account number are never displayed together. The BSB is emailed to you and kept separately. It’s almost like BOQ is actively disincentivizing you to bank with them. - Incredibly slow processing (admittedly this is less of a problem to do with the app but more of a problem with the actual service) - Incredibly user-unfriendly menu/irrelevant content If your intention was to create an app that is less user-friendly, less functional and more of a waste of time to use than the failed IT school project I handed in in year 11, then you have achieved your goal. I don’t see BOQ succeeding in becoming a premier small banking service until they focus on fixing their online banking services. It’s 2021 - hire developers who achieve the absolute bare minimum in terms of competency and do better. First boomer rant over - I can’t believe BOQ has turned me into a Karen but look at where we are now
Terrible App keeps crashing on need to be fixed please
This app keeps crashing on me as I am trying to do my online banking and when I sign in and try to do stuff on my account it’s takes me back to home page agin and sing same thing getting back to home page to sign in agin and have tried to update the app but still it’s not working and then sometimes get locked out so have to go in to a branch to get it fixed that’s a pain having to do that all the time and getting of it and it’s wasting my time to drive all the way to the shopping centre just for that grate bank but please this need to be fixed but also needs a big up date like Apple Pay and Touch ID or Face ID as most banks have them and it would. Be helpful to have that up date for people who would like to use them as it’s common because it’s easy having that this is something that would make me happy to see this new up date and app getting fixed because it’s making my online banking hard to do.
BOQ APP no support
For about two years now I have tried everything I can to complete internet banking on my iPhone , my provider is Vodafone and the only way to do my business on my phone is to google BOQ. Further I went to my branch, browns plains Qld and the best advice was it was Vodafone’s fault .!!!
I have deleted and reinstalled many times and still nothing !!
BOQ it seems are the only company that their blatant lack of understanding or shown any attempt to rectify its commitment to providing its customers with a reliable banking service and the regulator should use its power to ask the hard questions why they do not want Australians to use their service without mobile phone banking .
Even when I google the bank and sign in to do one transaction you have to deal with the constant crashes . I don’t want to change banks I should be able to use the app as should the thousands of others who all seem to suffer the same frustrations
