Great App

Love the app; works in form and function eg looks great and works perfectly.

I like that it has its own music and playlists you can use. Switch things up a bit including some radio stations.

Only feedback, and this is really nit-picky, is I’d like a manual button to check for updates and a way to check if I indeed have the most current software. Right now, you’re limited to the app letting you know when you need an update. Another suggestion is (for the Bose Sunglasses product) to prioritise quality over distance from source device. Lastly, I’d like to be able to contact Bose from the app, rather than have to go online. I recently had a warranty issue with my sunglasses, it wasn’t an issue in terms of being able to submit a claim online and had the problem resolved ASAP. However, I’d prefer if I could do that from the app. Which would make sense, you could pre-populate the majority of the information of the device in question (especially serial number), and like Apple, could even run a remote diagnostic.

Overall, I’d recommend not only the product but the app too.

Well done,

Love the headphones and the overall sound. There are some things I’m quite confused about though, for instance, my music lags a lot, it’s almost like a glitch and for the price and reputation of the Bose AE2 Soundlink, I’m extremely disappointed.
Also, the app, though easy to use, I wish it were more specific. For example, if the battery is 60%, how long is the approximate battery length in hours/minutes? Do I need to charge my headphones before I leave the house, sorry about them dying?
Lastly, I was hoping the buttons would be more versatile. You can only pause, pick up calls, and increase/decrease the volume (that I’m aware of.) Is there anything on the app that I could learn more about the buttons?
Also! Updates take SO long to actually update. I don’t know if that’s what’s causing the lagging noise but I’ve been trying to update since since the 28th and it’s currently the 3rd, and it’s still not done!
Quite disappointed, not going to lie.

Great sound, but need more support

I really love the sound and some of the capabilities I’m discovering on my new quiet comfort 35, wireless headphones. As a tango DJ, I need to regularly access music to preview tracks & familiarize myself with this broad genre, with thousands of songs, hundreds of orchestras and singers from the 1920s until the present. Having these headphones allows me to listen while I’m at the gym, while walking, and in the preview tab of my music software.
It was easy-peasie to connect to my devices via Bluetooth but I’m struggling to get answers to some questions and problems.
I would have loved a simple diagram/ QuickStart guide explaining the buttons on the headphones & what they do. Instead, I’m having to spend time searching the internet.
Worse is the fact that my carefully curated playlists have become disorganized, with my songs out of order, as if they were being played in shuffle mode. This is really annoying & a time waster.
