Awesome pair of wireless in-ear phones
I have been using Bose speakers and headphones since 2010. I got these pairs of wireless in-ear phones recently. I was using my Apple AirPods but has to pass it to my better half as she loved those. I went to the store and bought Beats In-ear phone and they are simply waste of money with one of the worst sound quality. I went the very next day and exchanged it to Bose as this is a tried and tested and proven brand for me.
The bass is deep and the ear enclosure cuts off 90% of the surrounding noise. It’s worth the price and the only drawback I could see when compared to Apple Aipods is the battery performance and charging inconvenience.
Love the headphones and the overall sound. There are some things I’m quite confused about though, for instance, my music lags a lot, it’s almost like a glitch and for the price and reputation of the Bose AE2 Soundlink, I’m extremely disappointed.
Also, the app, though easy to use, I wish it were more specific. For example, if the battery is 60%, how long is the approximate battery length in hours/minutes? Do I need to charge my headphones before I leave the house, sorry about them dying?
Lastly, I was hoping the buttons would be more versatile. You can only pause, pick up calls, and increase/decrease the volume (that I’m aware of.) Is there anything on the app that I could learn more about the buttons?
Also! Updates take SO long to actually update. I don’t know if that’s what’s causing the lagging noise but I’ve been trying to update since since the 28th and it’s currently the 3rd, and it’s still not done!
Quite disappointed, not going to lie.
Great sound, but need more support
I really love the sound and some of the capabilities I’m discovering on my new quiet comfort 35, wireless headphones. As a tango DJ, I need to regularly access music to preview tracks & familiarize myself with this broad genre, with thousands of songs, hundreds of orchestras and singers from the 1920s until the present. Having these headphones allows me to listen while I’m at the gym, while walking, and in the preview tab of my music software.
It was easy-peasie to connect to my devices via Bluetooth but I’m struggling to get answers to some questions and problems.
I would have loved a simple diagram/ QuickStart guide explaining the buttons on the headphones & what they do. Instead, I’m having to spend time searching the internet.
Worse is the fact that my carefully curated playlists have become disorganized, with my songs out of order, as if they were being played in shuffle mode. This is really annoying & a time waster.
