Easy process
Being my first time using this service I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a little nervous about leaving my bags at a shop However I stopped worrying when I saw the store and met the owners. I was impressed with the quality of the bounce outlet is in a very hip barber’s shop; a short walk from the major attractions and train stations. This made maximising our time in Paris effective. The guys are friendly, helpful and speak English. The process was easy to drop off and pick up. Highly recommended this store and will definitely use Bounce again in any future travels.
Too easy
Got in a jam in Milan when our hotel wouldn’t let us leave our bags and flight wasn’t til late evening! With a whole day of sight seeing ahead of us we headed to the Milan Duomo whilst arranging tickets for the Duomo, their website recommended Bounce, so a few minutes later we were dropping off our bags at a Café nearby affiliated with Bounce. Initially thought it was weird, but Café staff were super friendly and bags were stored an a safe location. Couldn’t be more happier with the arrangement and allowed us to see Milan hassle free of heavy bags! Will be using this service on future trips!
Very easy and convenient!
As a solo traveller with constantly having the spare 7 hours in between accommodations’ check in/check out times, this luggage storage at the hotel was extremely convenient. Located in the main strip in the heart of Sorrento, it was only a 4 min walk from my Airbnb and 9 mins to the train station. The desk clerk was also very friendly and kind, even when I was an hour late to pick up my bags. TIP: Google and Apple Maps will direct you to hotel facing the main strip, however the entrance is in the back street.
